Buying into Timbercrest was one of the best decisions we could have made. One reason for this is when I am with my family and friends and/or all the grandchildren in McCall, I can relax and not worry about taking care of everyone's needs. It is on "neutral" grounds and everyone pitches in and helps with cooking and chores. When we plan events at our own homes, the dynamics are more stressful. One may fret about whether their home is clean and tidy enough for the "Mother or Mother-in-Law". When the occasion calls for getting together at my home, I miss out on festivities because I am fussing with food preparation and trying to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. I won't let anyone help me with food preparation or cleanup. At Timbercrest I am a different person and just enjoy being together with family and guests (or even just let them wait on me for a change). Everyone is on equal terms and as a result, we just have fun together with no concerns or worries. The result is closer family ties and more quality time together.
Another reason we are so thrilled with our home away from home is because Timbercrest is so well-appointed. The decor is very attractive with top of the line appliances. The construction materials are of the highest quality. Our own home in Eagle is of the highest quality also, and when we vacation, we enjoy being in comparable surroundings. We like the fact that we can stay in any home on the property and feel the familiarity of knowing the plan of the home. The future plans for the Clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. will be a positive addition also to the enjoyment of our vacation home. The three-car garage with storage facilities is a big bonus too. My husband and I ski so having Brundage Ski Resort so close is another bonus.
When you consider the price of a fractional ownership, it makes so much sense to buy your vacation home in this manner. You can spend your weeks in a "Castle" for the price of "servant's quarters" and someone else takes care of all the problems that may arise. Chad, the resort director, works tirelessly to insure that everything runs smoothly. He is always available to help with any reservations, questions, or to just make you feel welcome and important. We are very satisfied with our purchase at Timbercrest and would recommend it for others looking for the perfect retreat.
